The purpose of this site was originally to keep family and friends up to date with our travels during our Southern and Eastern Africa overland trip we did from June 2019 until end September 2019.

The interest in the site was bigger than our expectation therefor have we decided to keep the site going for information purposes of our travels and trips and also what we do in our spare time.

With the start of the pandemic shortly after we returned from our trip, was it not feasible to find work. This allowed us time to spend on our hobbies and building an off road caravan before we returned to doing projects again.
